Pella Window Part Replacement

Hello!

I am in need of some replacement window parts for our Pella windows. I believe I need the 24" 795 series balance, 24C, with a hook attachment at the top. I included a picture of the shoe, but I believe it is the 15-194 1" shoe? It's my understanding that this channel balance is a custom order and I would need customer support to build a cart for me to purchase? I will need 4 of these window balances please, to fix 2 windows.

I also require 2 new tilt window latches, but was having a hard time determining a match on your site...possibly the 26-442 Truth tilt latch?

Thanks for reaching out to us. You're correct, this will indeed have to be a custom order since your balance uses the 15-198 hook to install. I'll email you a purchase link and price quote for (4) S795-24 balances with the 24C stamp and 15-198 hook attached that you can use to place an order on our website. The 15-194 shoes can't be included in this link so don't forget to add the needed quantity to your cart. The video below will show how to pop this type of shoe on and off.

The 26-442 tilt latch set also looks like it could be a match for what you have here. If you haven't already, you'll want to remove an undamaged latch and compare the specifications to see if they align. Note that this can't be included in the purchase link either so don't forget to add it to your cart.
