My window cranks are corroded and don't function anymore. Do you sell replacements for this model? The arms are stainless steel but the mechanism is a pot/cast aluminum... Thanks! Dave

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we can't determine the correct replacement based on the base alone. We would need you to open the window as far as you can so that we can see the operator arms that move the sash to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
