I am trying to acquire 2 channel balances and shoes for a Pella window.

Thanks for reaching out to us! I do believe we can provide you with a replacement for this balance but I'll need to see a few more details to confirm. To start, may I see a photo of any other hardware in the window that the balance connects to and/or interacts with.

Also, can you confirm if the balance screws in at the top of the sash or whether it installs using a clip and/or hook?

Here are the additional pictures as requested for a Pella window. Channel balance has 12C-BSI tk stamped on it. Pivot shoe has #461020 stamped on it. The Channel balance has a hook on one end.

The replacement balances you'll need are the S795-12 with a 12C stamp. Since your balances have a hook attached to the top of the channel, these will need to be custom assembled with a 15-198 Balance Clip Attachment. I've forwarded a quote for (2) of them.

The balance comes assembled with the 15-195 1-1/4" T-Lock Shoe, so you'll need to swap it out with 15-194 1" T-Lock Shoe. The 1" shoe is sold separately from the balance, so you'll need to be sure to add them to the cart along with the replacements.
