Hi there!

Start by taking a look at our 15-194 closed cam T-lock shoe and compare our dimensions to an undamaged shoe to see if this matches what you need. As for the tilt latches, remove yours from the window and see if the dimensions of our 26-393 match your original hardware.

For your sash lock, can you write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center-to-center?

Thank you!

Please see attached photos. Also I would like a new channel balance my existing is 21" long. The balance shoe you show is correct also the Tilt Latch.

Take a look at our Series 795 channel balance with the 15-194 closed cam T-lock shoe, which is sold separately. See the video on this page that shows how to swap this shoe out with the one that comes attached by default to these balances (our 15-195 closed cam shoe); it's a very easy process. To know what length to select, measure the metal channel, not including the shoe or clip. Finally, you'll need to pick a stamp option that reflects the calibration of the balance, or the weight range it can support. There should be a stamp on the metal channel that will tell you which option you'll need.

One important detail to note is that the Series 795 attaches to the top of the track using a screw, not a hook. If yours needs a hook then let me know; we can still help but your balance will have to be custom made.

As for the sash lock, it's difficult to make out measurements from a picture of a tape measure. Can you write out the hole center spacing instead? In the meantime, you can see our selection of sash locks here.
