Pella single-hung replacement balances

Hello, the 2 balances on one of my windows broke. They are the type that have a string with a metal hook that slides in at the top of the casing. I've taken a photo of one and it is stamped "26C". Can you help find a replacement?

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but there should be a fitting attached to the bottom of the metal channel. We'll need to see that part uninstalled as well to confirm the correct replacements. Thank you!

Hello, I've attached photos of the bottom piece. It is 1" wide by 2" tall.

Thanks for getting back to us. We can supply the S795-26 (26C) balances with the 15-198 hook attached through a custom order. It also looks like your balance uses the 15-194 open-cam shoe. The custom balances will come with the 15-195, so you'll need to purchase the 15-194 shoes from our website and swap them out as shown below.
