Pella single hung swing

Hi

Window is single hung and the bottom sash that opens is tilt in and is 50"W x 30"H

It weighs 36.6lbs

As you can see the channel balance has 28G stamped on it

I believe the shoe is a closed cam 1"

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello, Les! Your balance appears to be a match for our Series 795 but for one major detail: yours has a hook at the top instead of the more typical screw-on clip. Your balance also has a much more heavy duty 28G stamp, which exceeds the available weight options for our S795-28.

We may still be able to help with this assembly, but it will likely have to be a custom order. Please give me a little time to look into this and I'll get back to you ASAP.

In the meantime, can you please verify the width of the shoe? You said it was 1", but custom balances cannot be returned for a refund once purchased. I'd like to be certain of this before we move forward. Removing it to measure would allow us to be 100% sure that we're sending you the right hardware.
