Please find pix of 16"x 1/2" channel and parts from 36x37 Pella replacement double hung w tilt out. Some of the parts are broken and not entirely sure which new ones I need.

Hello,

Your channel balance resembles the S795-16 (16C) with the 15-198 pulley clip and 15-194 T-lock shoe attached. We can supply these balances but it will need to be a custom order since none of our stock balances come with this configuration. We'll just need to confirm the number of balances you need, with the minimum being two, to send over an order link and price quote. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. Your hook does resemble the 15-198 hook, though it may be a slightly older style. This is a pretty basic part that only needs to install in the jamb cutout. We'll just need to confirm the number of balances that you need to send over an order link and price quote.
