Thanks for posting! Your channel balance shoe appears to be the 15-194 1" T-Lock Balance Shoe. If your are looking to replace just the shoe, this should work well as a suitable replacement.

If you are looking to replace the entire channel balance, it will need to be a custom made assembly. You have the S795-24 with a 15-198 Balance Clip Attachment at the top of it along with the 15-194 shoe. Please let me know if your would like to place an order for the entire assembly and I'll be happy to forward an order link to you. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance.
