Question

The Tlock shoe on both side of my Pelham window are broken
The balances are fine
I am having trouble to remove the tlock shoes from the channel. I might have to cut a slot on the top of the window track to remove the Tlock.. But how will I be able to hook it to the balance?

Hello,

It looks like your balances use the 15-198 hook, which we can attach to the S795-16 (16C) channel balances through a custom order. If the T-lock shoes are all you need, take a look and compare the 15-195 to yours. To remove them, you'll need to pull the top out of the channel and twist it out of place as shown at time stamp 3:15 in the video below. Thank you!
