I am looking for Pella window balances the only marking I see us 28c BSI. My existing balance has a clip on the end not a screw hole.

Hello,

Your balance resembles the S795-28 (28C) except that yours uses the 15-198 hook for installation, which we can supply through a custom order. To get started, we'll need to know the number of balances you need, with the minimum being two.

Note that your T-lock shoe resembles the smaller 15-194, which you would need to purchase separately and follow the video below to attach them to the new balances. Thank you!

Good mornng could i get a quote for 4 S795-14C and 16 S795-28C with the 15-198 balance clips and the 15-194 T-lock balance shoe for the balances.

Just checking did the quote include the 15-194 1" t-Lock balance shoe.

The custom balances only come with the 15-195 T-Lock shoes, which is why we mentioned that you would need to purchase the 15-194 shoes separately.
