We have several Pella windows in our home that have balance problems. We need 4 balance tubes 28 inches long and 4 balance springs 22 7/8 inches long they all have blue tips. We also need 8 of the shoes that appear to be 1/2 inch deep. We also need an adjustment tool.
Also we need someone to explain how you reinstall the windows once we install the new parts.

Hello, James. We should be able to help with these parts, but we will need more information. Starting with the balance, can you confirm the diameter of the outer white tube? If it's 9/16", which I suspect it is, then you want our Series 600 spiral balance.
Since this is a tilt window, you want the 75-006 charging tool.
I need a photo of the pivot shoe itself before I can recommend a match. I may know what you need now, but I don't want to take any chances. Please also confirm its width.
As for reinstalling the sash, the video below may be of some help to you.
Thank you. As mentioned before, you can use the Series 600 to replace all tilt spiral balances with a 9/16" diameter tube.
I'm still not sure what the width of your shoe is but it looks like it might be 1-1/4". Assuming that it is, and with the 1/2" thickness you gave in your first post, you can use our 15-046.
