I need a window sash pivot matching the one posted, one sash lock matching the one posted and two shoes matching those posted. Thank you. I also need guidance on installing the shoes and getting the old ones out.

Thanks for reaching out! Your tilt latches look similar to our Truth Tilt Latch Set, part 26-442. Look over the dimensions and design of your latches and compare them to those below to confirm that these are the right fit.

We do not have an exact match for your pivot bar, however, our 26-021 appears to be the best match. Again, compare the dimensions below to your pivot cart to determine that the installation hole measurements are a match.

To determine if there is a shoe we can recommend to you, I'll need to see the end of your balance. We have a few shoes I could recommend but they may not be compatible with your balances.

Your vent latch appears to be our 26-122. Carefully review and compare the dimensions for your existing latch to confirm that this will be a fit for you.

It is still a bit difficult to see the entire end of the balance to confirm if our shoe would be compatible with your balances. Although, given that you've provided a photo of the stamp, it does appear that you may be looking to replace the entire balance. In that case, you'll need the Series 795 Channel Balance.

Specifically, the S795-24 with a 24B stamp. This balance comes equipped with a 15-195, 1-1/4" T-Lock Balance shoe. However, there is a chance you may need the 1" T-Lock balance shoe, part 15-194, which is sold separately.

You'll also need to double check the attachment at the top of the balance, it will either be a screw tab or a hook. If you have the screw tab, you will be able to purchase the balances, as it. However, if you have hook, you'll need to check the space at the top of the window where it gets installed. If it is square in shape, you can use the 26-200; if it is circular, rectangular, or anything other than a square, we'll need to get you set up with custom balances.

For instructions on removing/installing these balances take a look at the video below. You can fast forward to the 3:11 to see the explanation.
