Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the S795-16 channel balance. I also suspect you have the 15-194 shoe, which means you'll have to purchase this separately and swap it with the default shoe the balance comes with. The video below will show how to do so. We recommend comparing the specifications with an undamaged shoe to confirm.

I also want to point out that the Series 795 installs by using a screw. If your balance uses a hook, please let us know.
