Hi,
I would like to order tilt-window balances from you but not 100% sure which ones I need.
I am attaching photos of the broken ones. I believe the Windows maker was Pennco, Inc. some 20 years ago.
The balances have the following marking:
12/20 UNIQUE 27-C-30. 28" long. I weighed the sash: 15 pounds.

Hello, thank you for posting,
Your balance resembles the Series 770 channel balance, but with the 62-105 hook attached that engages with the 15-208 pivot shoe. For a 15 pound sash, you would need a 28B stamp that can support a 12 to 18 pound window sash.
