I need 2 Pennco Window balances. They are 34" long and have a 33C stamped on them. The window weight is 22.5 lbs. What part number should I order or do they have to be custom made. If they need to be made what is the price?

We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order since your balance resembles the S770 with the 62-105 hook attached, which is not available as a stock assembly.
One thing I'd like to point out is that the stamp code for a 34" balance would be 34C, unlike your original assembly that is stamped with 33C. Since the 34C supports a sash weight between 22 and 27 lbs, this difference should be a problem.
