Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but, unfortunately, we won't be able to identify your hardware based on the photos provided.

For the sash lock, we'd need to know the exact distance between the center of the installation holes but the 90-005 would be a good place to start.

The pivot shoe could be the 15-105 but you'll need to remove yours to see how the dimensions compare, paying close attention to the width and thickness. If you need the pivot bars that engage with the metal cams in the pivot shoe, we'll need to see yours fully removed from the sash.

If you need the balances as well, we'll need to confirm how the top of the metal channel attaches to the window jamb and know the numbers stamped on the channel.

It looks like you are also missing the tilt latch. We'll need to see an intact version from the other side or an identical window to compare to our inventory. See the videos related on this page to help you through the replacement process. Thank you.

Thanks for getting back to us. We can't be sure based on a damaged tilt latch but you can start by comparing the 26-243 and 26-244 to an intact latch.

I believe your pivot bar was discontinued but the 26-241 and 26-454 have been mentioned as possible replacements. You'll need to review the dimensions below to see if the backset of one of the installation holes could work for you.

As for the balance, we'll still need to confirm if the top of the balance installs with a screw or a type of S clip like the 19-029 or 19-030. We'll also need to know the numbers stamped on the balance and confirm if the metal channel measures exactly 34" long as indicated in your photo.

Im not seeing any clips like that. The metal channel just poped out when I removed the long plastic cover.

You could also check another window in the house that uses the same type of balance to determine how they are installed.

Quick Learner
im realy far away from the house.  Im willing to gamble on the parts in my cart right now.  do you have a picture or reference of how the screw method looks?
I believe there was a scew that protruded as to counter act the spring force. Is that what you’re referring to?

Unforutnately, we can't determine how the balance installs without seeing the original assembly. If the balance uses a screw at the top to install, you may need S770 channel balances with the 62-105 hook attached, which would be a custom order. It is important to check the original balances to confirm how they install since custom balances can't be returned for a refund.

We'll also still need to confirm the channel length and any numbers stamped on the balances.
