Thanks for reaching out to us. This is a match for the S795-26, but it must be a custom order since your balance uses the 15-198 hook to install. Can you confirm the quantity of balances you'd like to order? We can get the ball rolling from there.

Thanks for confirming. I'm going to email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) S795-16 (16C) balances with the 15-198 hooks attached, which you can use to place an order on our website. Note that the 15-194 T-lock shoe is sold separately. You'll have to swap the default shoe with this one when you receive your order. The video below goes over how this part pops on and off.
