Thanks for posting. This looks like a Series 140 Coil Balance System. Based on the stamp, see our S140-12. Since you would be supporting 12 lbs on each side of your window sash, this would be ideal for a window sash that weighs 24 lbs. If you are uncertain this is the correct configuration you can always weigh your window sash so you know the exact weight you're working with. Let us know what you think.
