I have a broken Block and Tackle Sash Balance. I have Philips Stayton Windows.
Length - 32 inches, Width - 1/2 inch. sticker on old channel balance (31 5 EX CMC 2) Please Advice.

Hello there. This looks like either an S380-32 or S385-32 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the diagram below for reference. Compare with your old hardware to see what matches best. In either case for a stamp option choose 3150.
