Phillips Stayton Window locks

I have windows by philips stayton and the locks are failing. I'm having a hard time finding replacements.

Thank you for posting! The item you have does appear to be something similar to that of our 90-252 and 90-253 Latch mechanism and cover. I have included some dimensions of the latching mechanism below for you to review. If the measurements are the same these two items should be able to complete your project.
