Phillips Window Replacement Channel

I am looking to replace these channels for two windows, which currently have to be propped up to stay open. Attached are photos for the existing channel. I watched your video, and there don't appear to be any "markings" such as numbers or letters on the existing channel...?

And, it is 32" long (metal part only).

And, thank you for your help!

Hello there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. We should be able to help with this. Can you show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That would be located in the middle of the channel.

Have you checked the balance on the other side of the window for an intact stamp? If it doesn't have one, we will need to know the exact weight of the window sash.

Afternoon Emily,

Attached is a photo of the inside of the channel connection.

I don't have a super accurate scale that can weigh that much (the baking scale wasn't having it) so using our old bathroom scale, the lower sash/window half/whatever it is called weighs between 19-20 pounds.

Thanks for the quick response and the help!

Thank you for getting back to me! Based on the information you've given, I recommend the S380-32 or S385-32 channel balance with the 3130 stamp option. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match. A pair of balances with the 3130 stamp will support a sash weighing 16 to 23 pounds.

I'll be here if you have any questions!

Thanks for you help Emily!

It measures a bit less than 1 3/32" so, I'll go with that option assuming it has worn down 1-2/32" (ha!) over time!

Have a good day.

You read my mind! The bottom shoe has likely worn down over time with use. Best of luck with the repair!
