Phillips tilt window parts 2009 construction

Home Owner from Valparaiso, FL

Several windows have broken Channel (26C marking) Balance assembly. The block and tackle pulley has broken away from the spring and the T-lock shoe and rivets in the channel have come apart leaving the spring totally disconnected. Do you have a replacement for the block and tackle pulley or must I buy the whole channel assembly? Does the 26" SERIES 795 CHANNEL BALANCE work for me? Closed Cam might work for T-lock replacement but I find no pulley part replacement. Do I need Open Cam or closed Cam T-lock? I don't know difference.

The channel is truly 26" long and 1/2" (or as you suggest, more truly 9/16") wide. the T-lock 15-195 dimensions match mine. My top screw clip is OK.

BTW, I ordered replacement tilt latches 26-243 and 26-244 from you and they work perfectly on my windows.

Do you have a video how to install the Channel Balance assembly in the window frame?

Thanks for reaching out to us. It's not possible to replace the pulley block on your balance, so a total replacement is necessary. The Series 795 should work perfectly well for you, but just note that it connects to the window at the top using a screw. You don't show the end of the cord so you might want to check that before you buy anything just to be sure.

Your old T lock shoe is the closed-cam style, so the shoe that comes with the Series 795 by default is what you want.
