The shoe has the number 15P102 in it.

The end in picture that starts with 99 should have two wings on it. One broke off. The metal is 32 inches long.

Your balance looks like a good match for our S380-32 or S385-32. These two balances may look identical upon first glance but you'll notice that each one has a different shoe depth. The Series 380 has a 1" deep shoe, while the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe. Measure as shown in the image below to determine the best match. You will also need the 3150 strength option, based on your 31 5 stamp.
