Thanks for posting! The shoe you have here is a the wedge shoe from our Series 775 Channel Balance. This is not sold separately from the balance but we can provide a replacement for the entire assembly.

To determine the correct replacement, I'll need to see a photo of the channel. I'll also need to know the length of the channel and the stamp etched into the metal.

The balance appears to be marked with a 29B. Are you certain the channel is 28" long? A balance with this stamp should measure either 29" or 30". If your balances are in fact 28", I'll need to know the exact weight of your window sash.

Thanks for confirming. You'll need the S775-29, with a 29B stamp option, to replace your balances. To determine which shoe you have on the balance, you'll need to measure its depth. The measurement should be either 1" or 1-1/4".
