I need 1 airlock (picture 1), 2 of the pivot bar/foot (picture 2) and 2 balance assembly's (picture 3).
picture 4 was found on one of the double hung windows
Where can I find parts and window repair workers for this product.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Your original Simonton balance system is no longer made, but we recommend converting to the 15-259 pivot shoe and Series 159 coil springs along with the 26-083 pivot bar. Please review the step by step video below that details the conversion and parts needed.

If you need assistance with choosing the correct weighted springs, please provide the weight of the window sash to move forward.

For the vent stop shown, are you able to provide a picture of a face on view?
