Pieces for side track in window

A handy person from Pennsylvania says:
As you can see the plastic pieces are broke. I cannot see any ID numbers on them. The only reference I can find is on the metal track that says 26 1 BSI

Hello,

It looks like you need the attachment that comes with our S795 channel balances. If the balance is still in good shape and you just need the attachment, take a look at our 1-1/4" wide T-lock shoe. There is also a smaller 1" 15-194 shoe. Make sure to Look over the parts and our video on replacing these attachments. Thank you!
