Bob from SWISCO responded:

See our 15-087 Pivot Shoe, as well as the 16-024 Mounting Bracket. This system uses our Series 180 Coil Balances. In general it's better to go off a stamp on the spring itself to determine the spring weight, rather than the housing. If you're uncertain of what spring weight to pick, give me the exact weight of the window sash, and I will work it out for you.

A home owner from Staten Island NY says:
Thank for your response. The number stamped on the coil is 7. There were also a PAT on the pivot housing PAT5,353,548 and it measures a 2 3/8 length, 1 1/4 width and 1/4 thick.

If there is a stamp of 7 on the coil itself, not the pivot shoe, then see our S180-7 7 lb spring.
