Pivot Bar 3 inch, 2 hole

A quick learner from Pennsylvania says:
I am in need of pivot bars that are 3 inches long x 5/16 wide x 3/16 high. One of the originals rusted and broke off in the pivot shoe. The attached pictures are of the pivot bar from the other side of the window. Apparently steel since rusted and heads of screws were rusted off. These are from a single hung tilt spiral spring window installed in a manufactured home. Looking for your closest replacement please. Thank you

Hello,

It looks like our 26-063 pivot bar should make a good replacement for yours. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!

A quick learner from Pennsylvania says:
Ours does not have those 2 raised square holes, and this one appears to have only one hole. We need one that is smooth on the top with 2 screw holes and each hole is 1 inch from each side please. I don't think that this particular one would work because of the 2 raised square holes, would you please recommend a different product. Thank you.

See if you can use our 26-089 pivot bar. The holes are not placed exactly like yours, but you might still be able to use in your window sash. Let us know what you think.

A quick learner from Pennsylvania says:
That will not work either. It will leave either too much or not enough exposed at the end to go into the pivot lock. I need one that has 2 holes spaced 1" from each side of the pivot bar please. Isn't there something that will work properly please.

In most cases, you only need one screw to keep the pivot bar in place, so having two holes isn't necessarily important. If you'd like, you can send us a picture of your bottom sash where the pivot bar is installed and we can better tell you what will work for your window.
