Pivot Bar

Hello I need either the whole assembly or just the plastic housing for my pivot pin. I do have a usable pin but the plastic housing is broken. As you can see the whole piece is 3 1/2"long. The bar itself is 2 5/8" long. The plastic housing is 1/2" wide. The screw is 1 1/8" in. The pivot shoe for it is a 15-046 if that helps. Thank you for your help.
