Please advise if you can ID or have anything that would work in place of the attached pivot bar.

Thanks for posting. This kind of offset pivot bar is not available, but we've actually found the 26-040 should work as a replacement. The 'offset' isn't necessary for the pivot bar to work as long as the dimensions shown below align with your sash and pivot bar. Take a look and see what you think.
