Greetings! SWISCO can certainly try to help with this. Your photo with measurements was helpful but doesn't completely narrow it down. Depending on which hole is used, I think our 26-040 could possibly work. This pivot bar has one hole at 2" from the front tip. Let us know if you think this could work.

Thank you, but 5/16" is too wide. It must be 1/4"

How about our 26-267 pivot bar? This is the only bar we carry in your style with a 1/4" width. Hope this helps a bit.
