Pivot Bar, Pivot Lock Shoe, 5 lb coils

Question

I have Alside Vinyl Replacement windows, they claim to have a lifetime warranty but they are not helpful. I have a bunch of pivot lock shoes which are broken, numerous pivot bars that are broken, and I REALLY want to fix these windows.
The windows may be 09-01 model number. The coils are 5 lbs each. I tried to add photos with a size reference.

Thanks for posting. This pivot shoe is an older version of the 15-177. It works with Series 152 Coil Balances. Any coil spring stamped '5' can be replaced with an S152-5 5 pound spring. For the pivot bar, see if the 26-226 matches up. Let me know if you have questions.
