Need tool for top area as well to get window to position. Approx. 25 sets needed.Do you have or have these parts?

Thanks for reaching out. There is a suitable replacement that comes to mind, but that will depend on the type of balances installed in your window. For example, your balance has a knife latch shoe, like the 15-014, then our 26-150 should work fine as a replacement.

If you are uncertain of the type of shoe you have or it is not a knife latch shoe, please send photos of your existing hardware. I would be happy to look over them to confirm a solution for you. In the meantime, I've included the dimensions from part 26-150 so that you can review and compare them. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you for your find.

* I questions that the bottom of my pin has the angular part at the bottom of the metal.... will that make a difference? Also my windows are double pane and quite heavy.. Does it matter if the pin only has one hole for a screw instead of 2 holes? Note: *My angular part is located at the bottom of the metal and almost 1" from the end of the metal while your is 1/2" according to your picture?

So long as your balance's bottom shoe matches the part number mentioned above, this pivot cam will work as a suitable replacement. We've used this ourselves and have recommended it as a replacement solution to many other customers.

As explained, if your channel balance's bottom shoe does not match or you are unsure if it is the same part, I'll need to see your existing balances. This will enable me to confirm if this would work for you or if we might have a better solution.

In regard to the installation hole, it will work fine with just the one as that is how this pivot cam is designed to function.
