Pivot Bar Replacement ID

A quick learner from SOUTH CAROLINA says:

Can you please help me to locate a replacement pivot bar for a tilting sash final window. Over all leanght is 2.5" with a single screw located at the 1.5" mark.
As you can see the post itself has rotted away.
