I am very familiar with your pivot bar. It's not made anymore, but you can use our 26-460 to replace it. ours is also made of metal so it should be less likely to break as your original has.

I'm less certain about the pivot shoe. Can you tell me its width and thickness?

The Pivot shoe is 1 1/4 in wide and 9/16 thick the top end of the shoe is broken were the sprial balance attaches

Thank you for getting back to us. I see that you already purchased our 15-118 pivot shoe. I don't believe that our 26-460 works well with this shoe. It may not be what you want. Please give us a little time to look into it and we'll see if we can find a better option.

You may end up needing to return the 15-118 if it doesn't work. See our return policy here.

The 15-118 pivot shoe does not work with the pivot arm 26-406 please advise if any pivot shoe that is compatible. The 26-460 and the 15-118 have the same opening for the pivot arm to fit into both do not fit the arm.

Hey there, thanks for your patience while we look into this. We're all a bit scattered around the county at the moment due to the quarantine, so we're having trouble getting a hold of a pivot shoe to experiment with. Please bear with us a little longer as we try to work this out and we'll get back to you ASAP.

I recall replacing a window sash nylon pivot bar similar to yours with our 26-326. It has a "U" shape extended arm on one side and a flat arm on the opposite side. Sometimes the "U' shape worked and other times I had to flip it around and used the flat arm in the pivot shoe instead. We unfortunately don't have anything that fits the "U" shape side, so you will likely have to use the flat end with the 15-118 that you already purchsed.
