Pivot Bar & Shoe replacement

My windows are single hung . Pivot bar is broken, Dont know the make of the window. Have to select the proper part. I have attached the diagrams with exact sizes and pictures of bar & shoe. Please help to select the proper part.

See our 26-040. This has the same 2" distance between the screw hole and the tip of the pin, I think it could work for you.

As for the shoe, can you tell me its width and thickness?

As suggested Pivot Bar 26-040 might work for me.

Pivot shoe size: Thickness 9/16". Width 1 1/4".

Please find the correct shoe for 26-040.

Replacement: As shown in the video it will be hard to cut a side and insert the new one. What is the alternative. If I am to cut how to cover that area. What material I should use.

Based on your dimensions, I would recommend the 15-118. This is also compatible with the 26-040.

As for how to replace the pivot shoe, if you do not have a pre-existing cut out, and you do not wish to make one, the only alternative would be to use jamb spreaders. See the video below.
