Pivot Bar and Balance Shoe

Question

Hi: I have a few sliding up/down windows that is broken. Based on my search I found out The Pivot Bar and Blalance Shoes is broken and your company has different sizes and shapes. Please help me to find out which parts I need to order. Thanks so much for your help.

Addition to my note : I made the cut and removed the old Pivot and I am pretty sure I can order it but now the cold support which is plastic is broken and I believe I need to replace it. Can you please help me with the cover and also all the parts I need. Thanks

Thanks for writing in. Your pivot shoe looks like our 15-177; just go over the dimensions to confirm. This pivot shoe is compatible with our Series 152 Coil Springs. To know what specific spring weights you need, look for stamp numbers on the springs; if there are none, or you're uncertain, give us the exact weight of your window sash, and we'll work out what you need. We sell individual housing components for the Series 152 springs, rather than the triple housing support you had, but it will work the same way. See our 15-143, 15-144, and 15-145. These components 'sandwich' around each individual coil spring. Finally, your pivot bar might be our 26-226, but you will need to go over the dimensions to confirm this.
