Pivot Lock Shoe

A home owner from North Carolina says:
Good afternoon - I am very hopeful that you may be able to help me. I have several broken windows at my home, the pivot shoe(s) have broken. They are white Silverline tilt windows with a white plastic pivot shoe housing the spiral rod in the shoe directly. My home is about 11-12 years old.

The nearest I can determine after speaking with my HOA, they maybe be a series 2000. Can you assist with determing the pivot shoe needed along with any additinonal tools that may be necessary for me to complete this replacement. In reviewing serveral of your various pivot shoe options, the 9/16" blooks very close.

I have already replaced several pivot bars. That was a challenge in itself and I really don't want to try that avenue again.

I have come across your website after many seaches and am every hopeful you can help me with this issue. Please let me know if you need any further information. Thank you.
