Pivot Lock Shoe?

Question

I think this is a pivot lock shoe.  The window is from Home Depot.  Supposed to be Owens Corning Renovations 6500.  Tag says it is a Simonton.  Either way I need one.  Depth is about 7/8-inches

You have an older Simonton Balance that is no longer made. We recommend converting to the 15-259 pivot shoe and Series 159 coil springs. Please review the step by step video below that details the conversion and additional parts needed.
