Pivot Lock Shoe

Good morning I am an assistant site manager for an apartment complex in Hammonton, NJ and I need a part called a Pivot Lock Shoe. I have attached a pic with the measurements with it. Please let me know asap if you carry them because we have several units that need them replaced. Thanks so much.

Take a look at the 15-046 Pivot Shoe. The thickness is 1/2", and it is used by various manufacturers.
