Pivot Lock Shoe - Broken Metal Cam

The metal cam in the pivot lock shoe has broken on several of my double-hung replacement windows. The cam is 5/8" diameter (the shoe is 1.5" x 1.5%. Do you have replacement cams?

Hello there. This looks like the 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs. Please compare.

Yes! Does the whole pivot shoe assembly have to be replaced, or can I replace just the broken cams?

Those metal cams are unfortunately not sold separately, so you'd have to replace the whole shoe with the 15-177. But if all the other hardware related is intact (the coil springs, the pivot bar, etc), then you can just replace the shoe. Let me know if you have further questions.
