Pivot Lock Shoe and Balance

Question

I can't seem to figure out this brand of window. I've got a couple pivot lock shoes and balances that are broken. I've attached a warranty sticker from the window if that helps as well. Thank you! Travis

We can definitely help with this. You have our 15-177 which is designed to work with the Series 152 coil springs. We also sell the 15-144, 15-143, and 15-145 if you needed those as well. Take a look and let me know if you have any questions.
