I have two types of vinyl tilt windows each type (15years & 7years) has several damaged pivot lock shoes that need replacement. Both types were purchased through HomeDepot, the original manufacture is unknown. Would it be possible for me to email photos of the dis-assembled parts to be identified by one of your experts? Does Swisco sell complete replacement kits for these widdow assemblies?

Hello,
Take a look at the video below that shows the hardware that we recommend to replace the coil assembly shown in your first photo. The parts for this coil system are dols individually.
The second photo reminds me of the S140 quick tilt assembly but you should compare the dimensions to confirm. Note that this balance system does come complete with the shoe, coils, and covers. Thanks for posting!
