Pivot Lock Shoes replacement -Need help to determine the product and if possible repair services

We are planning to replace Pivot Lock Shoes for 3-5 Windows. But not sure about the exact part number. The approximate dimension is 1 1/4 x 1/2 x 2 ( W x D x L)

Width: One and quarter inch
Thickness : 1/2 inch
Height: 1/2 inch

Also, please let us know if you provide Windows Repair services.

The pivot shoe looks like our 15-046. Compare your measurements to ours to confirm. I'm afraid we do not provide repair services.
