Sorry, no markings on the windows, only that they are tilt windows. I believe they are Patriot builder grade, circa 1999. they look to be The pivot shoes are beginning to disintegrate.

We carry a ton of pivot shoes that may replace this, but it would depend on its size. Specifically, the thickness. That's the main dimension we need right now. Can you get that for me?

I highly recommend removing it from the window before you measure it. You won't be able to get an accurate reading as long as it's installed.

Once I have its thickness, I will recommend the best option in our inventory, which you can see here.

Hey, just to follow up on this original question. I ordered your Pivot Shoe, 1/2" Thick part number 15-046 and it's a PERFECT replacement. The attached photos show the original on the left, the SWISCO 15-046 on the right. Maybe this can help someone else. I also ordered the jamb spreaders and some new spiral balances and now the 20 year old windows slide easily like new. I'd also like to know...do I really need the screw? I have a neighbor that told me he has some "crunchy" windows too, so I hope to direct him to your site for parts. Your YouTube videos are awesome as well. One stop shop for instructions of how to replace everything.

Awesome, that's great news! Thank you so much for getting back to us and confirming.

As for the screw, that's actually a bit of a debate. In my experience you can survive without it, but I've known others who insist that it helps keep the spiral secure in the shoe. I guess a good rule of thumb would be that if yours used a screw in the first place then you may as well stick with using it.

Thanks again for the update and please let us know if you ever need anything else.
