Pivot Shoe

I'm afraid I wasn't able to match these codes to anything in our database. We may still be able to help, as we have a wide selection of both pivot shoes and weatherstripping, but we will need clear photos of the products in question in order to help.
For the weatherstripping, I need a clear shot of the end profile in undamaged condition. I will also need written dimensions.
For the pivot shoe, seeing it similarly removed would be ideal, from a front view. I also need to know its width and thickness. Height doesn't matter so much so you can skip that.

Thanks Dave

Sounds good, Dave. I'll be here whenever you need me.

it is 1 5/16 Wide
2 1/8 Tall

More important??? to install this thing the website shows two ways,
Cutting the frame or using your spreading tools. The windows are old so do you think the channel can be spread with damage???

Hello, Dave. I recognize your shoe. It's not made anymore but in my experience the 15-046 works well as an alternative. However our dimensions differ from yours; instead of being 5/8" x 1-5/16", it's 1/2" x 1-1/4". You may want to triple check those measurements once it's out of the frame.
As for removal, a brittle jamb is absolutely a concern. If you think there's a risk of yours cracking then you definitely don't want to use the spreaders. Honestly, I don't recommend jamb spreaders in most cases anyway; unless you plan on repairing a ton of windows every day, they're usually not worth the cost. It's easier and less expensive to make a cutout in your jamb as per the related video.
