Blue Cam Pivot Shoe

A home owner from Minnesota says:
I need help choosing the right pivot shoes to fit 600 series, 37" spiral balances in my tilt sache double hung windows. I know the dimensions of my current pivot shoes are 1/2" thick X 2" tall X 1-1/4" wide, but what do the different colored cams represent? The current cams on my pivot shoes are blue. My saches are very large and very heavy so I want to make sure I have the right pivot shoes (but I don't know what the differences are). I am purchasing the black tipped spiral balances to be sure they can handle the heavy saches. Please advise on picking the correct pivot shoes - thank you!

Don't worry too much about the color of the cam. The dimensions of the shoe are more important. Based on your dimensions, I would recommend our 15-046.
