Pivot Shoe ID

Question

We believe it is 5/8" for the Pivot lock shoe.  The window has a tag which says 9100 Series Double hung DH912446

Thanks for writing in. It's difficult to say for sure what the width and thickness of your pivot shoe is without taking it out of the window track to measure. That said, start by viewing our 15-129. This has a thickness of 9/16", so be sure to confirm your old shoe's dimensions to be absolutely certain.
