I'm afraid I can't make out what your pivot shoe's thickness is from this photo. Can you confirm?

So sorry! I forgot to include the measurements!

Thickness is about 13mm
Width is about 32mm

I have lighter sashes in other windows. If the dimensions of those shoes match the 15-046, will the 15-046 work for a lighter sash?

If the dimensions and appearance match, then yes, the 15-046 would still be what you need for these lighter window sashes. The pivot shoes themselves aren't really too dependent on the weight of the window sash; that places much more into the identity of the window balances that connect to these shoes.
