Pivot Shoe ID

A handy person from New Jersey says:
I cannot find any names or identifying numbers. These were installed about twenty years ago, and I have since unwisely disposed of the identifying manufacturer sticker.

The metal piece is bent and wedged. Surely happened when cleaning. I think if I remove that piece, if I can remove it, and replace it with a new one, problem will be solved. Or maybe the whole glide (the 2" piece into which the metal piece lives) needs replacing?

Any advice will be gladly heeded. I will in the meantime try to find out the manufacturer of the window.

Thank you for your time.

I think this might be our 15-129, but you'll need to remove and compare to confirm. The metal portions are not sold individually; the entire shoe needs to be replaced. To see how to do this, view the video below.
